Based on concepts derived from market returns and/or the marketing departments of our clients, Rovip is your partner in co-development.</p> <p>Materials: Rovip is backed up by solid experience in the transformation of a great many materials: PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, ABS/PC, PC/PBT, SAN, materials loaded with glass or talc fibres. Moreover, we provide constant technological monitoring for new formulations of materials, whether they are derived from fossil resources or natural resources (biomaterials). We thereby respond to the new and precise specifications of our clients and prospects.</p> <p>Technology: State-of-the-art technology to create a real difference. In addition to these means of production, Rovip has tools that are recognised in the transformation of plastics, letting us study with our clients the feasibility and technical and economic optimisation while complying with deadlines. Rovip has a R&D department that manages projects in full adequacy with your organisations. Clean technology that:</p> <ul> <li>also helps greatly reduce the risk of pollution of components by oil vapour, a sign of reliability of the process.</li> <li>complies with the idea of lasting development due to its low energy consumption.</li> </ul> <p>Innovation in biomaterials:</p> <ul> <li>Rovip is engaged in the EMABIO project whose goal is to develop and optimise a material made of corn flour for different applications, in particular food packaging.</li> <li>Technical and strategic monitoring of biomaterials with PLA injection tests on Smart Card products, formulation tests from masterbatches accelerating the biobreakdown process.
